Ledoux Ringo Ngankou is the visionary Founder and CEO of Respire Africa, a pioneering organization transforming respiratory care through hands-on mobile training and premium medical equipment distribution.
A dedicated healthcare professional and leader, Ledoux’s journey began with a deep commitment to understanding the science of breathing and the urgent global need for quality respiratory care. He completed his foundational studies in Respiratory Care at Pima Medical Institute, followed by advanced clinical studies in Advanced Patient Care at Grand Canyon University.
With over 10 years of professional experience at the Veterans Hospital in Las Vegas, Ledoux has worked at the heart of critical care—supporting some of the nation’s most vulnerable patients. His military background as a proud United States Air Force Veteran instilled in him discipline, resilience, and a lifelong dedication to service.
What drives Ledoux is more than a career—it's a mission. Born from a personal commitment to uplift underserved communities, his passion is fueled by the desire to combat respiratory diseases across Africa through:

Chloe Wilson MSc, RRT
Respiratory Care Specialist.
An accomplished Respiratory Therapist with six years of progressive clinical experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Respiratory Care from the University of Chicago, where she developed advanced expertise in cardiopulmonary care, critical care practices, and patient-centered therapy management.
In her current role, she manages the Home Oxygen Program for veterans across four territories, ensuring that each patient receives dependable, compassionate, and effective respiratory support. Chloe is dedicated to improving patient outcomes, streamlining service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence.
With a balanced blend of clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for supporting those in need, Chloe is a valued contributor to our mission and a trusted resource within the respiratory care community.

Albert Sylvestre RRT
Respiratory Therapy Instructor & Clinical Consultant
Albert Sylvestre is an accomplished Respiratory Therapy Instructor and Clinical Consultant with many years of hands-on experience in acute care, education, and program development. Known for his practical expertise and calm, solutions-driven approach, Albert has trained and mentored countless respiratory professionals, helping strengthen clinical standards across multiple healthcare settings.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with hospitals, respiratory programs, and community-based health initiatives, offering evidence-based instruction and insightful clinical guidance. His work spans critical care, mechanical ventilation, pulmonary diagnostics, and long-term respiratory management.
As a consultant, Albert advises healthcare teams on best practices, quality improvement, and protocol development, ensuring that patient care remains efficient, safe, and aligned with current professional guidelines. His passion for teaching, combined with his deep clinical knowledge, makes him a valued resource for respiratory therapy education and professional development.

Paul Garcia, RRT, is a seasoned respiratory therapy professional, educator, and clinical consultant with a distinguished background in military and civilian healthcare. An Army veteran, Paul brings discipline, leadership, and mission-focused excellence to every aspect of respiratory care and education.
With extensive hands-on experience in acute care, critical care, and respiratory education, Paul has dedicated his career to training healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based respiratory therapy. His instructional approach emphasizes practical skills, clinical confidence, and adherence to international best practices.
As a consultant, Paul supports healthcare institutions and training programs in strengthening respiratory care delivery, optimizing ventilatory support systems, and developing competent respiratory therapy teams. His military service instilled a strong commitment to service, adaptability, and performance under pressure—qualities that continue to define his professional work.
